We would like to welcome you to the Lower Lonsdale Fall Festival and to our Team Appreciation Day. To thank you for your support we will be offering you an opportunity to try out some of our specialty services for FREE. We will be providing some components of our Running Gait Analysis, Bike Fit Analysis and Preventative Performance Evaluation on September 27th. These sessions will run every 15 minutes and will be offered on a first come, first served basis during the festival. You can sign up for these sessions at our tent in front of the John Braithwaite Community Centre during the festival.
Sessions will be offered during the following times:
Running Gait Analysis 10:30-11:30
Bike Fit Analysis 11:30-12:30
Preventative Performance Evaluation 1:30-2:30
