Flash - Seawall Interval Workout (2 X 5km)

I'm going to be doing an interval workout on the seawall on Thursday afternoon as I have to work a night shift and am missing the Club Fat Ass Steering Committee meeting and my interval workout with VFAC. The workout is 2 X 5km with full recovery between. I am supposed to run 4:15/km but was doing that on my tempo run today so I might be a bit faster, but anybody slower or faster is welcome. We can warmup and cooldown together, and space our starting times out according to pace. It will be an out and back from Mile 0 to the 5km mark. If you're interested in joining me just reply to this post and I'll make sure I'm there at exactly 12:00, otherwise my time is a bit variable. Ryan
