We've got two groups of people running this weekend:

Betty, Tom, and Hillary are running at 9am from "End of the Line" coffee shop to Deep Cove, and

Kelly, Lishe, Bill, and I are running at 0730 from Grouse to Deep Cove.

Why: Because it's there.

Who: Anyone who can run all day and all night who might be interested in establishing a new world speed record.

What:

Are you in town for the International Marketing Conference September 21 - 23? Would you like to go for a run with a local? Need your endorphin fix? Afraid of getting lost or eaten by a bear? Join IMC speaker and IIMA Director Ean Jackson for a free group run in and around Vancouver’s famous Stanley Park.  The run will be anywhere up to an hour long.  Pace will depend on who comes along.

Who:

IMC Speakers, Directors, IMC attendees and anybody else interested in a leisurely run.  

What: A 5K swim in Kits Pool. At 8 complete laps to the kilometer, that makes this challenge 20 return laps, or 40 lengths of the world's best pool.

Any one interrested runing Dilly Dally the whole loop. I have done it a couple of times, can't remember for sure how long it took. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 6, 7 or 8, hrs sounds about right.Would like to start about 8:00 AM but I am flexible. You can contact me at gottfried_grosser@shaw.ca

Start and finish is Buntzen Lake South Beach. And yes it is Tuesday!

We will meet at Lightning Lake parking lot in Manning Park on Saturday August 28th at 10:00AM to run the second loop of Frosty Mountain Trail Race. The distance is 23 km, time anywhere from 2.5- 4hrs. Pay parking in effect ,cash only.

It is always difficult to arrange carpooling!

If you are interested to carpool, send me a message, whether you need a ride or if you are offering a ride and I will do my best to match you up, "no guarantees!!!!!
