up a rocky gnarly hill Sticks and Stones( now with signs) crosses Bridle Path, Ignore, but keep your eyes open for the new "Slippery Salamander" trail (again sporting a prominent sign)

Slippery Salamander, now easy to find, Forks off to the right, follow it for as long as you can it will spit you out at the BP.

Baden Powell and Bridle Path intersection the two trails join for about a hundred meters, this is where the 20 km and 10 km separate do not cross the bridge turn left on to Baden Powell.
