Mountain Highway Madness - 19 March 2006

Mountain Highway Madness is coming up soon.

Mountain Highway Madness is an interval run. About 15K long, in the woods
on a wide, dirt and gravel road... it goes up and down a big mountain in
North Vancouver. While you don't need a doctor's certificate, you have to
be at least a bit crazy to even consider the challenge. Details at:

Shoot for bragging rights and a place in the records book. Word on the
street is that someone might go for the second level of Platinum this
spring. (bronze = 1 lap, silver = 2 laps, gold = 3 laps, platinum = 4 laps
and he's talking about running 75K or 5 laps.) Believe it when you see it!

At 3 weeks before Diez Vista and 5 weeks before the Vancouver marathon, this makes for a fun way to put a little variety and competition in your
training.

It's a Club Fat Ass event, so it's free to members. Please help me make
sure we start on time by registering online at:
