Fall Mountain Highway Madness - 11 September 2005

Mountain Highway Madness is a low-key interval run. Each interval is 15
kilometers. You can do one interval or shoot for bragging rights and a
place in the records book by being the first to do five. Run against the
record book, your personal best time from the past or make it a group
training run with friends. It's held Sunday morning in the woods above
North Vancouver on a wide, dirt and gravel road that you can't get lost on.

As the triathlon and trail running season winds-down, this makes for a fun
way to put a little variety and competition in your training.

The run is free for Club Fat Ass members. You can join CFA for the year for $35 (includes a technical t-shirt and about 20 free events), or take out a
single day membership for $15. Please help me make sure we start on time by registering online at www.clubfatass.com/events/fallmhm/registration

'Looking forward to seeing you next weekend!
