Hey Bunny, Nice Bunny

In comparision to last year (when the savage bunny bit me in the fat ass), I grabbed the bunny by the scruff of the neck and went on a wild Run in the Park with friends Elke, Chris and John this year.  The trip up Dilly Dally was as pleasant as ever.  Lots of bugs to eat as we made our ways up the weird, old paved road.  Although the views at the top were initially obscured by cloud, the sun broke through and we could see forever in all directions.

Last year, Doug and I managed to do an abbreviated version of the 25K in 7:30 and Elke did the same in around 10 hours (she went for a skinny dip, as legend has it!)  This year, John and I did the true 25K course in 5:53... a new 25K PW (personal worst) for both of us... but satisfying in every way.

Thanks for a great run, Geoff.  Now that your thesis is complete, I hope to see you out on the trails more often.  (Remember R2R2R!)
