Just in case anyone was geading up the Grind, it is currently closed (along with BCMC) as they have had some rock fall. they hope to have it reopended on the w/e. The gate at the botom is closed but you can scramble up the slope from the parking lot to access BP as usual

Mrs Mud went up yesterday...
....& she heard rockfall. Shortly after she got to the top, the Grind was closed.
I went for a short run along the BP & enquired with the GVRD folk at the bottom of the grind. According to them it will be closed for a couple of days while they stabilize the section in question. The Seek the Peak is this weekend & it is their intention to have it opened again before then.
It appeared that the BCMC was open though.

This morning I was directed to scramble up the slope around 6:30 am by GVRD staff, but believe the BCMC was closed shortly after as only 5 people passed me and I'm slow. When I came back down again, there was an RCMP cruiser parked at the base of the slope and lot D was pretty empty.
