Seymour Sunday

I am looking for a few people to join me on my Sunday morning runs.

Let's keep each other honest and committed through the darker season.

I am hoping to make this a weekly event for the next little while. So come out and join me.

Meet at 8am at the Bean around the World at Parkgate Mall at the base of Mount Seymour. Join me for a 90min run followed by a treat at the coffee place at around 9:30 and wrap it up around 10.

I am entertaining hopes to make this a regular Sun morning training run so come out and join me.

I am flexible to start earlier as the days get longer. I've been living in the Mt. Seymour neighbourhood for about a year now and have a decent knowledge of the local trails (although I still discover new ones all the time).

If everybody enjoys the same pace we could stay together and if not we can always reconvene at the Bean around the world at 9:30am. If you need directions for a loop I can help you out with that otherwise we can agree on a route as we head out.

Entry: There is no fee and you don't need to be a member of Club Fat Ass to participate in a Flash event, however whining is not allowed.

No registration is required but please indicate your participation via the comment form below. You are responsible for your own well being and safety and should be self sufficient.
