Who is registered?

Other

  • Allergy Warning: In previous years, participants have been stung by wasp on this course (on the trail before Norvan Falls).  Please be cautions about wasp nest in the ground. If you are allergies to wasps/bees please bring whatever you need to stay safe.
  • Warning: The longer courses can be challenging. There is water at the start, but if you’re planning on the 18km or the 32 km there is no water until you get to the chalet at Grouse. Unless you drink from the creeks (not recommended) you need to carry enough food and water for at least 2.5 to 3 hours for the faster runners and much more for the not so fast . Also if the weather is even a little iffy (I might abort the Hanes Valley part if it’s really bad), make sure you have extra clothing. Short sleeve shirts and shorts are great if you keep moving and weather is good but an accident waiting to happen if something goes wrong. Enough said!

How Much?

  • Free for Club Fat Ass members (check out member benefits and fees here)
  • To keep hassles on the morning of the run to a minimum and allow the host to participate as well we ask to please sign up for both, the club membership and the event online and in advance.
