Flash - Seawall 50 Mile

Dundarave Park, West Vancouver, BC

What: A 50 mile run from Dundarave Park to UBC and back.  Since this is a Flash event you may, of course, do whatever you distance like.

Why: A tune up for the Seawall 100 and course familiarization run.

Who: Anyone looking for a nice urban 50 mile run.

Where: Meet at Dundarave Park in West Vancouver, BC

When: Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 07:00 - a flashlight may be required at the beginning and end of the run.

Aid: Be prepared to be self-sufficient.  There should be water at various points along the course.

Results: Email your distance and time to Karl through the email link at the bottom of this event site.

 Entry: There is no fee and you don't need to be a member of Club Fat Ass to participate in a Flash event, however whining is not allowed. No registration is required but please indicate your participation via the comment form below. You are responsible for your own well being and safety and should be self sufficient.

Have fun everybody.  I wouldn't mind joining in at some point....Just need to figure out whereabouts ;-)  I had all good intentions on getting up early to make the 7am start at Dundarave, but I guess I was too hopeful.

Hope the rain is not too bad tomorrow for our little jog - I will have my Starbucks card so I may be checking out 1 or 2 of the 6 along the way. - Scott
