Fall Mountain Highway Madness

What?

• A mind-numbing running interval session on a fairly big mountain
• Officially held twice a year
• Wide dirt and gravel access road. No traffic. 15k per lap.
• Approximately 1 kilometer (3,300') of elevation change per lap

When and Where?

• Sunday 10 September 2006 (2nd Sunday in September)
• Start: 07:30am
• Start / finish at the water fountain just beyond the pavement at the top of Mountain Highway in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

How Much?

• Free for Club Fat Ass members ($35 for annual membership, $15 one-day membership)
• To keep hassles on the morning of the run to a minimum and to allow the host to participate as well, we ask you to please sign up for both, the club membership and the event online and in advance.
