I am up for the 27 km, and know the route well, but would prefer to not run it alone. Any takers? I can even start earlier (8am) to git er' done earlier!
Sorry, I was late. I decided to add more first aid supplies to my pack, then run to the start... putting my 7-10 minutes behind you. I caught up with one group, but as hard as I went, I couldn't catch up with Mr. Clarke to convince him to do the 27 k. I felt like man (and dog) tracker! Legs were jello before even starting DV, making for an interesting run!! 4 hrs later, not a lot of hip hoppity left in this fluffy bunny.
It was 4 hours for just the fluffy bunny course. It was 4:30- 4:45 in total including my run to the start, and run (if you can call it that) back home. I felt pretty safe up on DV, I met up with a couple of fit dudes to follow behind and there were people all along the course.
Thanks for organizing the run..it was great to soak the legs in Buntzen after :-)
