What to Bring?

  • Aid. (Whatever food, water or electrolyte drink you need for the distance you are running and whatever clothing you need for the weather.) If you expect and are prepared for no external aid, you may be pleasantly surprised... but do not count on it!
  • Change of clothes. Use the hose to clean up.
  • Course directions. We recommend you put them in a baggie so they don't turn to mush.
  • Some cash for the pub and your trail food and fluids for the run

Post-Event

  • Runners, crew, friends and family are encouraged to meet afterwards at the Seymour Pub in the Holiday Inn. We'll recognize the great accomplishments of the run, share war stories, photos, gather stats and otherwise enjoy the late afternoon.
  • What should you bring? A clean set of clothes, a few bucks for food and drink. We have some great draw prizes, so I strongly encourage you to join us!
