Thanks a million, Tim!

Tim,

Thanks for hosting the event AND for not running too hard so I could keep up! I'm really glad I was able to see most of the course this month. Also, pretty glad I DIDN'T get to see 9-mile hill  ;-)

My work for the 100 is definitely cut out for me. It's going to be a big challenge, to say the very least.

Enjoyed spending the time with you and all the other Fat Asses on the trails this weekend.

Hope to see you in August!

Logistics for B2B...

Hi Fellow Fat Asses,

I'll be flying in from Missouri on Thursday evening and staying until Monday morning (flying out around 12-noon).

My plan is to stay in North Van Thursday (or any of the days that make sense for it), but I'm curious if I might be able to ride to Squamish with anyone that plans on driving up from North Van.

I haven't sorted out lodging for Saturday evening, either and I plan to run both days. Is it better for me to rent a room Saturday night, or come back to North Van and then back again early on Sunday morning?

Sorry for the rookie questions, but I AM from Missouri and I've definitely never been to Squamish!

Open to any and all suggestions and more than happy to make up fuel costs, etc.

North Van to Squamish

Hi Jason,

I will be driving to Squamish on Saturday morning and can give you a ride. The start is at 7.30 am and I assume a 6.15 am departure time from North VAn should work out fine. Where do you want to meet? I will most likely run both days, and hence will be driving up to Squamish again on Sunday. If you need a ride, let me know...that gives me some motivation to get my butt out of bed and run the second half of the course on Sunday ;) I believe Ean mentioned something about ride sharing for Sunday as well.

Cheers,

Pamela

Thanks Pam!

Pam,

Tim is already planning on picking me up at 6:30 at Ean's. Maybe the 3 of us should carpool?

I'll drop Tim an email to get his thoughts. My email address is jaysneads@gmail.com if you want to email me there
