Site Maintenance - Downtime

During Friday (July 25) night and Saturday (July 26) early morning our website host company will perform maintenance on our server.
This work will result in a temporary service outage for approximately 1 hour occurring sometime between 10pm PST on Friday night and 5am PST Saturday morning.
Please do not post new content, comments, or edit during this time as your changes may be lost.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bill's Great Peak Ascent (and Swagfest)

One week to go until the 5th running of Bill's Great Peak Ascent! Perfect timing for a 30 km, right smack dab in the middle between Kneeknacker and STORMY. This is a good STORMY training run or just a good opportunity to get a 30 km (or less) training run in with friends. Afterwards, we'll be getting together at the Mosquito Creek grill for a free beer, food, and socializing. Also, this year, I've got tons of swag to give away. You gotta be at the Grill to be eligible though! Hope to see you all there!

Login problems resolved!

Some of you might have noticed that over the weekend you were unable to post to the CFA website. We apologize for this unplanned hiccup. Our host company did some work on their servers and the anticipated 30min downtime turned into a "read-only" website for us.

Everything should be fixed now and I am eager to hear how Baldy's Bonkfest and Bill's and Tim's Adventure Run panned out.

Casting Call for CFA Member of the Month!

New this year, one member each month will be put in the limelight to showcase their formidable selves! Nominate yourself or a fellow club member and you may get to strut your stuff! All you have to do is fill out your online profile (sign-in to see this) complete with answers to some fun questions (don't worry, this is very easy and nothing outlandishly revealing). This is a great opportunity to get to know your fellow club members. There are over 200 of us after all!

NORTH SHORE ENDURO

The 6th Annual North Shore 6 Hour Enduro kicks off Saturday May 10 at 8am sharp. The Enduro is a mix of climbs, challenging single track and easy foot paths, all on a 7.6km loop. Leave your gear, food & water supplies at the start/finish, and enjoy a loop. Fill up and head out for as many (or as few) loops as you like over a 6 hour period.
