Summer Newsletter Fresh Off The Press

You July/August edition of the Club Fat Ass newsletter is available at http://www.clubfatass.com/newsletter/2010/July

Enjoy!

Stay Cool, Kneeknackers!

Good luck to all the Kneeknackers tackling the "knarliest 30miler out there" on Saturday.  I'll be at my customary position as Cleveland Dam aidstation caption at the half way point to cheer you on, fill your water bladders and if needed, give you a kick in the rear.  Stay cool out there!  Drink early, drink often!

5 Peaks/CFA Run Leader Opportunity

On July 11, 5 Peaks and Club Fat Ass will continue their tradition to offer 5 Peaks course orientation runs for the 5 Peaks Seymour race held later in July.  We need 1 or 2 more leaders for next weekend and I'm writing to ask if you are interested.  The perks, for each orientation run led, include a free entry to both a) one 5 Peaks race of your choice and b) one Club Fat Ass event of your choice (transferable to non-members) - what a deal!

How to Stay in Touch

Fat Asses are a sociable lot.  As your Club Manager, I frequently get asked "How do I best stay on top of what's going on in the Club?"  This brief note is intended to highlight some of the many ways to keep your finger on the pulse of your Club.
